Welcome to my home page! I am Brian Lowe, and I work as a computer analyst/programmer in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. I am interested in many things, including writing HTML by hand! (This entire site was put together using only a text editor and a web browser in local mode.)

x This site is still under construction: there are a few pages I haven't written yet. Links preceeded by a red ball or by an "x" instead of a "*" are not yet available.

Note - these pages look best when viewed with a web browser in any mode. Basically they are done the way HTML was intended to be done: letting the browser format the output. Pages that "look best" when viewed with certain proprietary bowsers or when the terminal screen is in "N x N" mode are not properly designed! People who design sites like that and have the audacity to put them on the web should be put into an empty room and forced to watch "Barney and Friends" for 12 hours straight!
